Let's Connect...
If you’re ready to take the first step, let's connect for an initial session together. I meet with clients Tuesday-Friday both in-person or virtually.
As a therapist, I am passionate about creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I believe healing happens in connection, and my role is to walk alongside you - helping you navigate life’s challenges with honesty, compassion, and hope. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. My approach is warm, practical, and tailored to who you are. Whether you're working through anxiety, grief, self-doubt, or life transitions, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and find ways to move forward that feel right for you. Therapy isn’t just about understanding your struggles - it’s about helping you step into the life you want with confidence and clarity.
For those seeking Christian counseling, I offer faith-based support only upon request. Everyone's beliefs and values will always be honored and respected. I will work to integrate faith in a way that feels meaningful to you, if you choose to. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more empowered, hopeful, and equipped for the road ahead. No matter where you are in your journey, you are welcome here.

Beyond the couch...
Outside of my practice, I cherish life’s adventures with my husband and three daughters. I have a passion for antique cookbooks and love cooking creative meals for family and friends. You’ll often find me enjoying music, playing violin, decorating, or diving into true crime podcasts. My favorite self-care moments include early morning coffee with my husband, walks, relaxing baths, prayer, meditation, and meaningful connections.
