“You were never meant to navigate life's hardest seasons alone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, grieving, anxious, or utterly exhausted…I'll meet you where you are, and together we'll find a way forward. This is where you get to be cared for.

My Approach

I’m a therapist, mom, and founder of Stonewall Counselling Center - I’m also someone who genuinely believes most people aren’t broken. They’re often overwhelmed, worn down, or carrying more than they were ever meant to carry alone. I work with adults who are feeling anxious, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others. This might look like navigating postpartum mental health, long standing worry that never quite settles, experiences that are confusing and hard to face, relationship patterns that keep repeating, or the grief and identity shifts that come with loss or life transitions. Many of the people I work with are high functioning on the outside, but quietly exhausted underneath.

My approach is relational, gentle, and honest. I care about understanding your story, your patterns, your attachment, your nervous system, and the experiences that have shaped you. From there, we begin to make sense of things together, while also building practical tools to help you feel more steady and more like yourself again. We move at a pace that feels safe and respectful and also feels meaningful to you. I’m especially drawn to working with those who have experienced deep emotional pain and are ready (even when it feels scary) to begin healing. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start, I’m here for you when you’re ready.

At Stonewall Counselling Center, my hope is that you feel welcomed, seen, and genuinely cared for! Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating. It can be a steady place to land! If you’re feeling overwhelmed, worn thin, or ready for something to shift, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.

More About Me...

I'm a mom to three incredible daughters, married to my husband for 23 years, and the owner of a counselling practice that I truly love. When I'm not in the office, you'll usually find me enjoying a slow morning with a coffee on my deck, spending time with my family, going for a walk, redecorating a corner of my home, trying a new restaurant, or heading to a musical or concert. And if I'm being honest? Some of my favourite days are the ones with absolutely no agenda…just staying in my pajamas, binge-watching a great show, and giving myself permission to slow down. It's a rhythm I'm continually learning to embrace, and one I encourage my clients to discover for themselves, too.
