I often sit with people who are quietly holding a lot…
Helping you through life transitions - both expected and unexpected
Explore finding your voice and setting healthier boundaries
Navigating emotions that feel heavier than you imagined
Gently help you process and heal from trauma
Supporting those who are grieving losses in their lives
Holding space for anxiety, depression, stress & overwhelm
I also support those working through attachment wounds, relationship patterns, and the impact of past experiences or trauma - helping make sense of what’s felt confusing or heavy for a long time.

hi, I'm Erica!
Most people aren’t “broken,” they’re just overwhelmed, worn down, or carrying more than they were ever meant to carry alone.
My Approach
I’m a therapist, mom, and business owner, and someone who genuinely believes most people aren’t broken. They’re often overwhelmed, worn down, or carrying more than they were ever meant to carry alone. I work with adults who are feeling anxious, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others. This might look like navigating postpartum mental health, long-standing worry that never quite settles, experiences that are confusing and hard to face, relationship patterns that keep repeating, or the grief and identity shifts that come with loss or life transitions. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside, but quietly exhausted underneath.
My approach is relational, gentle, and honest. I care about understanding your story, your patterns, your attachment, your nervous system, and the experiences that have shaped you. From there, we begin to make sense of things together, while also building practical tools to help you feel more steady and more like yourself again.
We move at a pace that feels safe and respectful and also feels meaningful to you. I’m especially drawn to working with those who have experienced deep emotional pain and are ready (even when it feels scary) to begin healing. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start, I’m here for you when you’re ready.
At Stonewall Counselling Center, my hope is that you feel welcomed, seen, and genuinely cared for - exactly as you are. Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating. It can be a steady place to land! If you’re feeling overwhelmed, worn thin, or ready for something to shift, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
More About Me....
I’m a mom to three daughters, married to my husband, and the owner of a counselling practice I care deeply about. Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me cooking something cozy, listening to true crime podcasts, or dreaming about our next trip. I’m always working toward a better balance between work and home life. Not perfectly, but honestly. And truly, I couldn’t imagine a life that fits me better.
