Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, Professional Counselling Practitioner
Therapist for individual adults
Hi, I'm so glad you're here!
Therapy isn’t about having it all figured out - it’s about having a space to pause, breathe, and be met right where you are. I work with people who are doing their best to hold it all together while quietly wondering, “Is there room for me to fall apart a little?”
My approach is down-to-earth, relational, and deeply human. I’m not here to “fix” you - I’m here to walk with you as we untangle the parts of your story that feel heavy, confusing, or just plain stuck. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, parenting, burnout, or the ache of unmet expectations, we’ll approach it together - with curiosity, care, and a dose of honesty. I specialize in walking alongside new moms through the fog of postpartum, and supporting older adults with empathy and insight as they face the unique joys and losses of aging.

I often work with people who are…
-

-

-
Battling postpartum depression/anxiety
-
Wrestling with shame or people-pleasing
-

-
Support for individuals navigating attachment wounds and relationship patterns.
-
Navigating the unique challenges of aging and later-life transitions
-
Healing from religious or spiritual wounds
-
Looking to deepen emotional awareness and self-compassion

More About Me....
I share my life with my husband and our three daughters - who keep things both lively and grounded. I find joy in the kitchen, where old cookbooks and new ideas come together in meals shared with people I love. My creative heart is fed by music (I still pick up my violin now and then), cozy home projects, and the occasional deep dive into a true crime story. Stillness matters to me, too. Whether it’s a slow morning coffee, a walk outside, prayer and reflection, or a quiet soak in the tub - these simple rituals help me return to myself. They’re part of how I stay connected, resourced, and present - in my life and in my work.
