Let's Connect...
If you’re ready to take the first step, let's connect for an initial session together. I meet with clients Tuesday-Friday both in-person or virtually.
As a dedicated therapist, I believe that every person has the potential to flourish and find healing. My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to see you thrive. I blend traditional therapeutic techniques with creative, personalized strategies to ensure that our time together is both effective and enjoyable. In our sessions, you’ll find a supportive environment where you can freely express yourself without fear of judgment. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, life transitions, personal growth, or just need someone to listen. I’m here to help you navigate through it all. My techniques are tailored to fit you, ensuring that our work together is both meaningful and effective. From the moment you step into my office (or join me virtually), you'll be met with a welcoming smile and a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be your true self.
*For those seeking a Christian counsellor, I offer faith-based counselling upon request. Rest assured, faith will only be incorporated if you wish. I respect and honor every individual's worldview, ensuring a respectful and non-judgmental approach.
Beyond the couch...
Outside of my practice, I love embracing life’s adventures! You can usually find me at home or on an adventure with my husband and three daughters. My little niche is that I have a passion for collecting antique cookbooks and find creativity in cooking new recipes for family and friends. I also enjoy listening to music, playing my violin, decorating, and true crime podcasts. My favorite self-care activities include early morning coffee with my husband, going for walks, taking baths, prayer and meditation, deep breathing exercises, and connecting with myself and others.
